Wow, am I late getting this post up! Thanks to those who are following along and are being patient with me. Since it has come to my realization that no matter how much I want to keep up the course, life sometimes gets in the way; I am going to start leaving the linky up for each week for two weeks in case you need time to catch up. I am also going to go back and reopen the linkies for week 1 and week 2.
Now, on to this week, fats. It sounds like such a dirty word huh, fat, fat, fat! Well, luckily for me, I already follow the suggestions of week three from 8 Weeks to Real Food pretty well all on my own. However, I do have to admit that my pantry needs some work in the bad fat department.
Now I haven’t actually been able to try to follow through with week 3 yet, so I am just going to open the linky up for you all to share and I will come back at the end of the week, add my update, and let you know how it went.
