I have been working REALLY hard the last few days to change up how I menu plan to accommodate the fact that I finally found a local co-op where I can get dairy, meat, cheese, dry goods and produce. Woo Hoo! So please forgive me for for sharing my menu a little late.
For Breakfast this Week
Eggs, Bacon, Peach Oatmeal, Banana Muffins, Pancakes, Dry Cereal and Fruit.
We have leftovers, Turkey breast that the hubs smoked over the weekend, salad, fruit, raw veggies and soup.
Dinners will be interesting. As we attempt to migrate fully into eating only whole, real foods, cutting out all of the processed junk. I plan to adapt all recipes to replace real food for any processed foods.
Monday - Baked chicken thighs, Stewed tomatoes & eggplant over rice
Tuesday - Black Bean Chili and Salad
Thursday - Stuffed chicken breast (I haven't made my mind up on the stuffing yet) and yellow squash
Friday - Leftover Night
Saturday - Taco Bar
Sunday - Smoked chicken, sweet potato fries and green beans
